Join Chef Michael Murray for a 4-week (consecutive Saturday mornings from 8 am - noon: 10/30, 11/6, 11/13, 11/20) intensive immersion in culinary skills. Chef Michael will take you through all the basics, including knife skills; stocks & sauces; entrees and vegetables; and desserts. You will learn new techniques to punch up your culinary repertiore. Each week will feature a guest chef in the kitchen. Class size limited to 6 participants and students can expect individualized attention and class topics tailored to their needs Each student may bring one guest to lunch on the final day.
